Joel Liam Tapper
Joel is a licensed EMT and public health advocate whose research spans environmental health and pollutant exposure. Through the NSF I-Corps program he has led 50+ clinician interviews on emergency department monitoring, and he trained a deterioration prediction model on 400,000+ emergency department encounters. He works as an AI optimization consultant for Innovate Carolina, where he transitions teams onto AI, and studies Health Policy and Management and Business of Health at UNC Chapel Hill.

Matthias Reinartz
Matthias works in R&D on Pfizer's clinical trials team, supporting pneumococcal pneumonia and flu vaccine programs. He interfaces directly with clinician-scientists, principal investigators at trial sites, and the FDA, giving Argos Biosystems a direct line into clinical trial operations and the regulatory pathway.
Ty Fitch
Ty studies Business Administration and Economics at UNC Kenan-Flagler, with concentrations in finance and consulting. He has consulted for Fortune 500 companies through Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management and Carolina Sports Consulting Group, and interns in business strategy with the Nashville Predators. At Argos Biosystems, he runs operations.
